Attendance

As regular attendance is an important element for successful work, no leave is granted except for serious reasons and that too only on the previous written application from the parents / guardians.

Continuous absence of a pupil for 15 working days without sufficient reasons and leave will be considered equivalent to the withdrawal of the student from school causing removal of his/her name from the rolls.
Re-admission, if granted, will be done.

General Suggestion

Pupils are responsible for the safe custody of their books and belongings. Each article should be marked with their names. It is not advisable for the pupils to bring money or other valuables to the school.

Enrollment to Nav Jyoti Nursery/Kindergarten implies on the part of the pupils and parent / guardians, willingness to comply with the rules and regulations of the institution.

Contribution

The details of the fee will be given in the fee card. Parents / Guardians are required to pay in due time without fail all the contributions to school. The fee is collected in five installments. It covers tuition, sports and games, co-curricular activities, assessments and school development.

All installments are to be paid in advance as per the fee card. Students who are in arrears for one month and have not been duly executed by the Principal will be struck off the rolls. The progress report and other documents will not be issued until dues to the school have been paid.
