Parent Teacher Co-Operation
The success of the school depends on the co-operation of parents and
teachers. The parents/ guardians are requested to maintain liaising
with the school authorities, to maintain a high standard of
discipline and study. They are to insist upon the regular
attendance, punctuality, diligence exhibited in home tasks, neatness
and cleanliness of the books and personal appearance of their wards.
They should also see the time table of the examinations and prepare
the wards. Parents / Guardians are requested not to disturb the
teachers of the pupils from their duty by visits during the class
hours. All dealings shall be conducted through the office of the
school. The parents can contact the teachers on the last working day
of every month to know the performance of their children. Their
valuable suggestions of the parents / guardians are earnestly
demanded and for that they may make use of the ‘Notification’ page
of the Hand Book or contact personally.
A Word to Parents

The school authorities expect the co-operation of the parents/
guardians in maintaining regularity, discipline and study habits
in the children. It is desirable that the parents call on the
school authorities at least once in a month.

Communicate promptly the reasons for your child's absence or
leave.

Kindly check regularly the Register of
'Late-coming' and 'Non-attendance'.

Kindly check the student's hand book daily for reports. If found,
sign it and take the necessary action.

Kindly, do not disturb the teachers or pupils by visits during the
class hours. Visits may conveniently be done with the previous
permission of the Principal/Headmistress before or after the class
or during the IInd recess.

Any observations or complaints should be made directly to the
Principal/Headmistress.

Answer books of the annual examination will not be shown or
revalued. Marks can be retotalled on special requests accompanied
by the fee.

Parents/Guardians are requested to co-operate with the school
authorities.
a. by urging their children to be regular and punctual in
attendance.
b. by insisting on neatness and cleanliness in the
textbook, exercise books and personal appearance of their
wards.
c. By meeting the teachers on Saturdays to discuss the
progress/ performance or the behaviour and character of their
wards.
